**Face capture Widget**

Selphi is a biometric solution that allows capturing and validating a user's face.

As a result, the authenticity of the document and the user is verified through algorithms and security protocols. All extracted data can be consulted at any time from our platform.

Facephi Onboarding is compatible with iOS 13 or later.

The first screen is a tutorial that explains how to perform the face capture.

The animation shows how to interact with the widget. The text gives details on how to perform this step correctly.

To continue, press button (3). To go back, press icon (1).

Once in the widget, a text (3) appears that gives you instructions on how to position yourself, or what you need to keep in mind.

If you follow the instructions correctly, the capture will be performed automatically and will take you to the next step. If you want to see more instructions on how to perform the capture, press button (2).

If you do not want to do this step, you can close the Widget by pressing icon (1).

The widget has captured the face, and this preview screen is displayed. Here you must check that the oval of your face is fully visible and sharp.

If the photo is blurry, or parts of your face are covered, we recommend pressing button (2) to retry the photo. A bad capture can lead to a poor interpretation of the data and having to repeat the process again.

If the photo is sharp, press button (3) to continue with the next step.

To exit this step, press icon (1). Skipping this step will take you to the previous step.

The time limit for the Widget to make the capture has been exceeded. Once the camera starts, you have X seconds to complete the corresponding step. If not, this message will appear so you can try again.

By pressing button (2), you return to the Widget to retry the previous step. If you want to go back, press icon (1).

There is a new version of the application, and it is necessary to update it. Usually, due to bug fixes or the implementation of improvements.

By pressing button (2), you will be taken to the download page to update the app. Conversely, to close this error screen, press icon (1).

Camera permission has previously been denied, but the widget is trying to access it.

By pressing button (2), you will be taken to the app permissions so that you can enable them. Otherwise, to close this error screen, press icon (1).

For security, there is a limit on the number of allowed attempts to perform certain actions. If you have received this error, it is because you have made X consecutive unsuccessful attempts. You must wait until the time runs out to try this step again.
