# VideoID

VideoID allows you to carry out a video-recorded online identity check through 3 possible flows:

* Video recording of the face
* Video recording of the face + the front side of the Identity document
* Video recording of the face + the front side + the back side of the Identity document.

The VideoID widget is compatible with Android devices 24 or higher.

VideoID needs you to allow access to the camera and microphone to carry out the process. To grant permission every time the app starts, press button (1). To grant permission only this time, press button (2). To cancel permission and exit, press button (3).

An oval (2) is shown on the screen where you must place your face. The process will start automatically when the face is detected.

To exit the process, press the icon (1).

Repeat the same step, this time reading aloud the text that appears at the bottom (3).

After recording the voice, there will be a camera switch so the document capture can be performed.

To exit the process, press the icon (1).

A rectangle (2) is shown on the screen where you must position the front of the document. The process will start automatically when the document is detected.

To exit the process, press the icon (1).

Repeat the same step, this time showing the back side of your document inside the rectangle (2).

To exit the process, press the icon (1).

If you press the close icon, this floating window will appear. To finish this process and exit, press button (2). To cancel this window and continue with the video recording, press (1).

If the video recording is correct, press button (3) to send it and finish. You can repeat the recording by pressing button (2).

If the video recording has an error, this screen will appear. Press button (2) to try again. To close the process and exit VideoID, press the icon (1).

This diagnosis is shown when you have started the widget, but the document was already next to the device before pressing Start. The steps to follow for a correct reading are:

* Keep the **device and document apart**.
* Press the button **Start.**
* **Now bring** the document to the back of the device.

Retry this step (2) following the instructions that appear on screen, or by tapping the information icon (if there is one) to receive advice.

By pressing button (2), you return to the Widget to retry the previous step. If you want to go back, press icon (1).

There is a new version of the application, and it is necessary to update it. Usually, due to bug fixes or the implementation of improvements.

By pressing button (2), you will be taken to the download page to update the app. Conversely, to close this error screen, press icon (1).
