Facephi Intelligence Platform
Facephi Intelligence Platform (FIP) is Facephi’s anti-fraud platform. It centralizes activity, risk signals, operations, and evidence from different solutions in a single back office.
FIP enables the teams responsible for fraud, risk, and operations to monitor activity, investigate potential threats, and make decisions with traceability.
What can you do with FIP
From FIP you can:
Monitor the platform’s overall activity.
View operations, sessions, and identities.
Analyze signals related to behavior, devices, networks, and transactions.
Review alerts and evidence associated with potential fraud cases.
Manage users, roles, and permissions.
Configure the processes, rules, and parameters of the available modules.
View metrics and aggregated information.
How FIP is organized
FIP is made up of independent but connected modules. Each one allows you to analyze or manage a different part of the activity.
Dashboard
View an overview of the activity and identify the modules or indicators that require attention.
Behaviour
Analyze sessions and signals related to behavior, device, network, location, and other contextual elements.
Identities
View the available information about an identity, its activity, risk level, sessions, alerts, and associated resources.
ID Verification
View identity verification operations, their results, statuses, and associated evidence.
Advanced Analytics
View aggregated metrics to analyze the platform’s activity, results, and trends.
User Management
Create and manage back office users and assign them the corresponding roles and permissions.
Configurator
Configure processes, components, rules, and other parameters used by the FIP modules.
You may not see all the modules. Their availability depends on the services contracted by your organization and the permissions associated with your user account.
How the modules are related
Information can be shared between different modules to facilitate analysis and investigation.
For example, from an operation or a session you can access the related identity, view the detected signals, and review other associated activity.
This connection makes it possible to analyze each case from different perspectives and prevents a decision from depending on a single signal.
