Getting started
This guide will help you verify that you have access to FIP and become familiar with the platform’s basic navigation.
Before you begin
To use FIP, you need:
The access URL provided by your organization or by Facephi.
An active user account.
Access to the tenant you need to work in.
Permissions for the modules and actions you will use.
On your first access, follow the instructions shown on screen. Depending on your organization’s configuration, you may need to activate your account, change your password, or set up a second authentication factor.
You may not see all FIP modules. Their availability depends on the services contracted by your organization and the permissions associated with your user account.
Start using FIP
1. Access the platform
Open the FIP URL and enter your credentials.
If this is your first access, complete the activation steps shown on screen.
2. Check the tenant
The active tenant appears at the top of the interface.
If you have access to multiple tenants, use the selector to choose the corresponding workspace.
Check the tenant before reviewing information or making changes.
3. View the Dashboard
The Dashboard provides an overview of the activity available in FIP and helps you identify the modules or indicators that require attention.
4. Access the modules
Use the side menu to access the modules available to your user account.
Each module includes its own documentation with information about its pages, data, and actions.
5. Review the information
Modules may include lists, filters, and detail views to help you locate and analyze information.
The available options depend on the module and your permissions.
