What is IDV Suite and what is it for?

IDV Suite is a cloud platform that enables centralized management of biometric verification, anti-fraud, and advanced analytics processes. It is designed to facilitate flow configuration, access control, and operation monitoring without the need for major technical development.

Can I use IDV Suite without technical knowledge?

Yes, thanks to its design no-code and low-code you can easily configure flows and manage cases, even without being a developer.

What user roles exist and what can they do?

There are four main roles:

  • Admin: Full control, user management, and advanced configuration.

  • Manager: Viewing, creating, and editing users.

  • Supervisor: Case assignment and supervision of agent reviews.

  • Agent: Case review, suspicious flagging, and comments.

  • Viewer: Data and metrics viewing without editing permissions.

Can I control who sees what information?

Yes, the User Management module allows you to assign specific roles and permissions for each user and module.

How can I set up a validation flow?

Use the Flows module to drag and drop widgets, connect biometric and anti-fraud services, and customize the process according to your needs.

Can I integrate IDV Suite with other systems?

Yes, thanks to the Flows and Integrations module, which allows biometric and anti-fraud services to connect with external systems through APIs and low-code configurations.

What types of blocklists can I manage?

Currently, you can manage lists based on Facial Recognition and device identification. Soon, they will be expanded to other risk criteria.

How are fraud-blocked operations managed?

From the Anti-fraud module, you can view operations automatically blocked due to a match with control lists, manually register new suspicious faces or devices, and review the details of each case.

What security does the platform have?

IDV Suite complies with ENS and GDPR standards, uses encryption in transit and at rest, multifactor authentication, and logs all actions for auditing.

What happens if the platform has high concurrency?

It is designed to maintain fast response times even with many users and simultaneous operations.

Is the platform available all the time?

Yes, IDV Suite operates 24/7 with failover recovery systems and active monitoring.
