Top bar

The top bar provides quick access to account management, tenant switching, and platform help. It also lets you view the user's current role.

1. Title: changes depending on the module.

2. Change tenant: opens the side panel with the list of tenants.

3. View your current role on the platform.

4. Help: opens a basic tour with introductory guidance to the platform.

5. View your profile: name, email, change password.

6. Log out: redirects to the login screen.

Select tenants

This section allows you to switch between different tenants to work with the information associated with each one. All roles have access to this functionality.

1. Close: Closes the side panel.

2. Search tenant: Enter name, alias, or ID to locate a tenant.

3. Select tenant: Marks the current tenant as active. When you choose another one, the corresponding data are updated.

4. Copy tenant code: Saves the code to the clipboard.

Sidebar (menu)

The sidebar (menu) allows you to navigate the platform's different modules. Its content varies depending on the user's role.

Viewer

The Viewer role has limited access, allowing you to view information but not make changes.

1. Operations (List): Operation history with details and status.

2. Flows: View created flows.

Agent

The Agent role is geared toward manual review of operations and basic anti-fraud management.

1. Operations (List): Operation history. The agent only accesses the section List.

2. Anti-fraud: View blocked/unblocked items and gallery management.

   1. Sections: List (default view) and Galleries.

Supervisor

The Supervisor role is focused on assigning and overseeing operations reviewed by agents.

1. Operations (List): Operation history. The supervisor has access to the section List and the section of Activity (operation activity history).

2. Anti-fraud: View blocked/unblocked items and gallery management.

   1. Sections: List (default view) and Galleries.

Admin

The Admin role has full access to all functionalities and settings of the platform.

1. Operation: Operation history with details and status.

   1. Sections: Dashboard (default view) and List.

2. Flows: Viewing and creating flows, integration with other systems.

   1. Sections: Flows (default view) and Integrations.

3. Anti-fraud: Management of blocked/unblocked items and anti-fraud rule galleries.

   1. Sections: List (default view) and Galleries.

4. User management: User and role management.

   1. Sections: User list (default view) and Permissions.
