Advanced analytics

The Advanced Analytics Module allows, with the support of an integrated AI, to perform an in-depth analysis of the operations recorded in the tenant.

The system offers advanced filters that allow operations to be segmented by geography, document type, or device, making it easier to identify specific issues within the Onboarding or Authentication flows.

Additionally, it includes a system of internal alerts that proactively notifies the responsible parties if anomalous behavior is detected (misuse of the technology, implementation errors, lack of modeled documents, or necessary UX adjustments).
