Galleries

The blocking galleries are lists of faces, devices and Identity document. When a match is detected during an operation, it is automatically blocked.

Faces

Roles: Agent / Admin

In the list of Faces face images are managed that will be automatically blocked if they are detected in an operation.

1. Filter by matching search.

2. Filter by date.

3. Create new gallery of faces.

4. Open gallery.

5. Expand face.

6. Delete face.

Add new face (Face > Add new)

Faces can be added from the section Face Verification in the details of an operation (Operations module).

1. Block face from the operation details

2. Type reason for the block (optional)

3. Select gallery

4. Cancel the upload.

5. Confirm the upload and add the face to the blocklist.

Devices

Roles: Agent / Admin

Allows blocking operations associated with suspicious devices. This is useful when fraud patterns or anomalous behavior are detected from the same device.

ID Numbers

Roles: Agent / Admin

Allows blocking operations associated with suspicious identity documents. This is useful when fraud patterns or anomalous behavior are detected from the same Identity document.
