Operations

The Operations Module allows you to view all the verifications carried out in your environment (tenant), both for Onboarding as well as for Authentication.

Each operation includes detailed information, such as:

• Biometric captures.

• Processed documents.

• OCR results.

• Complete activity log.

This module is designed so that agents can:

• Quickly check the most recent operations.

• Filter and search for specific cases.

• Access all the details of an operation from a single place.

Also, from this module you can directly access the Dashboard, a monitoring and analysis tool that offers a centralized and up-to-date view of the main performance indicators (KPIs) of the flows of Onboarding and Authentication.
