Dashboard
The IDV Suite Dashboard is the platform's home screen. It is a monitoring tool that offers a centralized, up-to-date, and accessible view of the main performance indicators (KPIs) of the flows of Onboarding and Authentication.
Its functional purpose is to provide a high-level overview of:
Total number of processed operations.
Distribution of operations according to their outcome (successful, rejected, unfinished, etc.).
Behavior of operations according to the device used.

This view is designed for quick queries and to support operational decision-making. Here you'll find:
Selector to filter by operation type.
Selector to filter by time (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
Selector to filter by time (customized).
Main filters
You can apply filters to all the dashboard KPIs:
Operation type:
Onboarding: registration of new users.
Authentication: validation of the identity of already registered users.
Time period: weekly, monthly, yearly, or custom.
Dashboard KPIs
Total operations: total number of operations initiated by users in a specific period (day, week, or month).
Completed operations: operations that reached the end of the verification flow (includes accepted and rejected). It does not consider those that were left incomplete due to timeout, abandonment, or technical failures.
Successful: processed operations that successfully passed verification.
Rejected: processed operations that did not pass verification for various reasons (fraud, invalid selfie, unreadable document, etc.).
Not Finished operations: initiated cases that never reached completion and could not be evaluated.
Conversion Funnel: shows the complete journey of operations, from start to resolution. It lets you see how many end successfully and how many fail (rejected, expired, blocked, or canceled). It is key to measuring the system's overall performance and detecting areas for improvement in the flow.
By Platform: distribution of operations by device.
Native Mobile App: operations initiated from a native mobile app (iOS or Android) through the integrated SDK.
Web Mobile (Browser): operations initiated from a browser on mobile or tablet (e.g. Chrome or Safari).
Web Desktop: operations initiated from a browser on a laptop or desktop computer (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
More advanced analyses
If you need to delve deeper into the metrics, investigate failure causes, or segment in more detail, use the Advanced Analytics module. This module offers:
More detailed metrics.
Additional segmentations.
Custom analyses.
Both tools use the same data, but Advanced Analytics allows for a greater level of detail.
Access to Advanced Analytics
At the top of the dashboard you'll see an informational banner with direct access to Advanced Analytics, making it easy to move from an overview to an in-depth analysis.
