Operations list
The Operations List shows all operations registered on the platform, sorted from the newest to the oldest.
Main features
From the list, you can:
Configure columns Customize the visible columns (date, name, status, operation type, etc.).
Refresh the list Manually refresh the list to show new operations.
Access assets View screenshots, documents, or videos associated with it without leaving the list.
Search and filter operations
Filter by search match.
Filter by date.
Filter by specific parameters.
Navigate through the list Use pagination to move forward or backward between pages.
Generate reports Download a report with the operations visible in the list.
Open an operation Access the full details of a specific operation.
Check errors If the operation was rejected, access the error details to see the reason in the timeline.

Role-specific functionalities
Supervisor: Assign and unassign operations to agents
Supervisors manage the agents' review work. Their operations list is organized into 3 categories:
Pending Operations without an assigned agent.
Assigned Operations with an assigned agent, under review or pending review.
Reviewed Operations already approved or rejected by an agent.
Pending List
The SLA is activated when the operation appears in this list. There is still no agent assigned, so the operation cannot be worked on.
The operations come with a initial state, prior to the agent's decision. The main action from this list is assign operations to agents.

Go to the operations list assigned.

Filter by matching search.
Filter by date.
Filter by parameters specific.
Select to agent to review the operation.
Open details: access all the information for a specific operation.
Go to error details: available if the operation was rejected; open the timeline to show the reason.
Pagination: navigate between the pages of the operations list forward or backward.
Assigned List
Operations already have an assigned agent. The review status can be:
Not started: the agent has not yet started the review.
In review: the agent is reviewing the operation. A counter showing the elapsed time is displayed.
Operations In review are shown with a time counter. This is the time an agent has spent reviewing that operation. The main actions performed from this list are unassign and reassign operations.

Reviewed List:
Operations in this list have already been approved or rejected by an agent.
The following is shown:
The initial state automatically assigned by the platform.
The final status assigned by the agent after review.
The main action is the review of the agent's decisions by the supervisor.

Agent: Approve or reject operations
Agents are responsible for approving or rejecting operations.
Their list shows additional information:
Result of automatic validation (initial state).
Remaining time (SLA Time).
Actions available for each operation.

Reviewing an operation
When accessing the details, the agent has a specific block to:
Start the review.
Approve the operation or reject the operation.

Reject operation
An operation is rejected when the data is incorrect or does not pass validation.
When pressing Reject, a confirmation modal is shown according to the initial status:

Approved → Rejected It is mandatory to indicate the reasons for rejection (min. 30 characters).
Rejected → Rejected You can:
Reject it for the same reasons.
Reject it for other reasons (requires justification, min. 30 characters).
Approve operation
An operation is approved when all data is correct and it passes validation.
When pressing Approve, the modal content depends on the initial status:

Approved → Approved No reason needs to be added. The reason is optional and has no character limit.
Rejected → Approved It is mandatory to indicate the reasons (min. 30 characters).

When you open an operation from the operations list, you will see different sections with associated information.

Go to the next or previous operation.
Copy the User ID that performed the operation.

Pending operations
They are operations pending assignment so the agent can review them.

Copy the User ID that performed the operation.
Select agent.

Assigned operations
They are operations that have already been assigned to a specific agent. These can be under review or pending review.

Back to the operations list.
Copy the Operation ID.
Copy the User ID that performed the operation.
Agent assigned to review the operation.
Counter from the start of the review process (if the operation has not yet been started for review, the status of "Not started" will appear.

Reviewed operations
They are operations that have already been reviewed manually by an agent.

Date and time of the review
Agent assigned to review the operation.

Back to the operations list.
Copy the Operation ID.

Data
It allows you to view the current status and all the data collected by the platform, among which we find: a summary of the Flow steps, Video Recording, facial verification, personal information, information about the device (web or mobile), geolocation of the operation, and all the files extracted from the Flow (images, documents, videos, audios...).

Allows you to expand information blocks to analyze possible reasons for rejection.

OCR
In the OCR tab, the information obtained during the document validation process is displayed and corrected, if there is a reading error.
Viewer/Supervisor/Admin
They only have view access to data obtained from the document.

Agent
This can correct and edit the OCR fields. To do so, we have indicators showing the confidence level of the data, and if there were data editing, the changes would need to be saved for them to be applied.

Button to edit fields: manually modify the extracted fields.
Button to cancel changes.

Timeline
Complete history of the actions performed during the operation. From here we can:
View events and generated files.
Download the timeline in .XLM format.
Open assets from the timeline.

Download timeline: download a file to your computer with the timeline shown.
Asset: opens the asset generated in that step.
Activity
Only the role of Admin can consult the history of the operation, both the automated actions and those carried out by agents or supervisors.

Download log of the operation.
Advanced Tracking
Both the role of the Viewer as well as the role of the Admin can view a detailed frame-by-frame analysis of the capture processes of the different assets, taking into account multiple parameters.
Expand the details of each parameter: by clicking the down arrows, you expand each parameter to see the detailed breakdown. They are measured with respect to the frames.
