User Management

The User Management Module allows access to the platform to be managed through the assignment of predefined roles (Administrator, Manager, Supervisor, Agent and Viewer).

Each role has a specific set of permissions that determines which actions each user can perform (access, reading, editing, module management, etc.).

Main features

• View the list of active users in the tenant.

• Create and edit users with role assignment.

• Deactivate or reactivate users.

• Delete users.

• View the audit log with the actions performed by each user.
