# Flow generator

The heart of Facephi IDV Suite is the **Identity Verification flows.**

An **Flow** defines, step by step, what a user has to do to complete an Onboarding or authentication. For example:

1. Accept terms and conditions.
2. Capture their identity document.
3. User selfie capture
4. Validations:
   * Perform a liveness check (biometric selfie).
   * Validate the data against external sources.
5. Obtain an automatic decision or send the case for review.

Flows/integrations are created and managed from the platform itself, and can be reused in different channels:

* **No-code integrations**: hosted links or experiences that can be shared without development.
* **Low-code web/mobile integrations**: ready-made components to integrate into an existing website or application.

For profiles in **operations, business, or product**, this means:

* Having **visibility and control** over how users are identified and authenticated.
* Being able to **adjust** the process (for example, add an extra validation) without having to always start a development project.
* Maintaining **consistency** across countries, products, and channels, reusing already tested flows.

The rest of this documentation builds on this flow concept and explains how they [**are designed, configured, and integrated**](/docs.facephi-en/products/idv-suite/flujos-and-integraciones.md) into the client's channels.
