### What is a biometric onboarding gateway?

A biometric onboarding gateway is a solution that allows verifying a user's identity through biometric technologies and document analysis.

Our gateway uses unique user characteristics, such as:

* Facial Recognition.
* OCR analysis of identity documents.
* Voice or video verification (when the Flow requires it).

These technologies make it possible to confirm that the user is who they say they are and significantly reduce fraud in digital processes.

The gateway operation is based on a configurable verification Flow adapted to each customer:

1. Through our **builder** or on demand, a customized gateway is generated with:
   * Logo.
   * Corporate colors.
   * Biometric verification Flow adapted to the use case.
2. The gateway is integrated as a landing page within processes such as:
   * Customer onboarding.
   * Service contracting.
   * Digital Onboarding.
3. The user completes the biometric identification process.
4. If the captured information is valid and consistent, the user is verified and can continue accessing the services.
