Get the runtime configuration

Returns the public view of the runtime configuration, with every value as a string. It includes the REST parameters with their default value or the one set in config.json, and any other parameter defined in config.json or sent to POST /api/v1/finger/config. It does not reflect values set through environment variables. JWT authentication settings are intentionally omitted.
